You can admire her parents too! This is a *happy sigh* kind of photo, I think.

It was so fun to have Oma and Opa along as well. They were fantastic helpers for me as their granddaughter couldn’t resist playing with them.

Opa was a photographer too! It was so interesting to hear him describe his process – no digital cameras for him! Though I love my modern equipment, I tremendously respect the skill and craft of film and a dark room. Wow.

I just love this. One of my favourites, for sure!
